MAINTENANCE TREATMENT (INPATIENT)

Maintenance treatment (inpatient) is an intensive program designed to provide comprehensive care and support for individuals in their recovery journey. This inpatient approach ensures that patients receive continuous medical supervision and psychological support, helping them maintain sobriety and prevent relapse.

The treatment begins with a psychiatrist consultation, where the patient’s mental health is thoroughly assessed to understand any underlying psychological conditions that may impact their recovery. This is followed by consistent patient follow-up by the psychiatrist, ensuring ongoing monitoring and adjustment of the treatment plan as needed.

Hospitalisation is a key component of this treatment, providing a controlled and safe environment where the patient can focus on their recovery without external distractions or triggers. This setting allows for close medical and psychological supervision.

The program includes psychotherapy sessions, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a well-established therapeutic approach that helps patients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors associated with addiction.

Suboxone education is provided to ensure that patients understand how Suboxone works, its benefits, and how to use it effectively as part of their recovery. Suboxone is a medication that helps manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms, making it easier for patients to maintain sobriety.

The treatment also involves a psycho technique scale, which assesses the patient’s psychological and cognitive functioning. This scale helps to identify any areas that may need additional support or intervention during the recovery process.

Family interview and consultation sessions are included to involve the patient’s family in the recovery process. These sessions help improve communication, understanding, and support within the family, which are crucial for the patient’s long-term success.

To monitor the patient’s progress and ensure they remain substance-free, urine and drug tests are conducted three times during the treatment. These tests provide valuable insights into the patient’s adherence to the program and help in making any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

Overall, maintenance treatment (inpatient) offers a structured and supportive environment for patients to maintain their recovery, combining medical care, psychological support, and family involvement to help them achieve lasting sobriety.
