MAINTENANCE MICROPELLET TREATMENT (INPATIENT)

Maintenance micropellet treatment (inpatient) is a comprehensive inpatient program designed to provide long-term support for individuals recovering from addiction. This treatment involves the use of micropellets along with continuous medical and psychological care to help patients maintain sobriety.

The program begins with a psychiatrist consultation, where the patient’s mental health is thoroughly evaluated. This consultation helps to identify any psychological conditions that need to be addressed during the treatment. Following this, there is ongoing patient follow-up by the psychiatrist to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

Hospitalisation is a key aspect of this treatment, providing a safe and controlled environment where patients can focus on their recovery without external distractions or triggers. This setting allows for close supervision and immediate intervention if needed.

The program includes psychotherapy, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a proven therapeutic approach that helps patients identify and change harmful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to addiction. In addition to CBT-oriented sessions, general psychotherapy is also provided to address other emotional and psychological issues that may arise during recovery.

A psycho technique scale is used to assess the patient’s cognitive and psychological functioning. This scale helps identify areas that may require additional support or targeted therapy, ensuring that the treatment is comprehensive and personalized.

Family interview and consultation sessions are also included, involving the patient’s family in the recovery process. These sessions aim to improve communication and support within the family, which is crucial for the patient’s long-term recovery and well-being.

To monitor the patient’s progress and ensure they remain substance-free, urine and drug tests are conducted three times throughout the treatment. These tests are an essential part of the program, helping to confirm adherence to the treatment plan and detect any potential issues early.

Overall, maintenance micropellet treatment (inpatient) provides a structured and supportive environment for maintaining sobriety, combining medical oversight, psychological care, and family involvement to ensure comprehensive and effective recovery.
